Cedar & Co. needed a more credible gated resource that could turn expertise into a useful downloadable guide while supporting lead generation on their service pages. The firm had strong subject-matter knowledge but the existing PDF asset felt too plain and too difficult to scan. The project focused on transforming the material into a cleaner editorial guide with better structure, better visual hierarchy, and stronger perceived value.
